Someone buys 3 shares and bumps one of the 2 share partners off the board. So that leaves the question for Thom to answer of which one of the 2 share partners gets the boot.

Someone buys 3 shares and bumps one of the 2 share partners off the board. So that leaves the question for Thom to answer of which one of the 2 share partners gets the boot.

Newsfax indicated no limit, so unless Thom revises it my presumption is it can become a lovely bidding war. But at some point it would have been cheaper to dump 1000gp in your own bank since to get a director's spot costs one 600gp right now.
