But still, two thousand ships afloat is pretty... ridiculous. Especially considering that a very good portion of those are troop transports. And with transports come nasty things inside of them. |

Well the edit in colors certainly refers to an Ingazan Chancellor with the Sapphire Crown as 'Royal' not 'Imperial' which could mean something. Such as the Empire broke from the shenanigans last turn.
