Ok, I understand it now.  What you are asking for is an Order essentially, that oversees more than just the individual holy site attributed to it in order to be formed.  What I see here is that you are searching for the word, diocese.  That is a possibility. The real possibility also after such is that the evader could rebel and you would get a schism and lose that chunk of your church body.  But it is a worthy discussion, I think.

Yes, that is the word I was missing.  Thank you.  It was an attempt to admistratively subfeudinate rather than using territories as the basis.

You are correct that the main problem is schism but then again in Yagnar as in Tarot and Urda there is a large leeway for differences without the need for 'breaks'.  Illuvarians may also have that same leeway technically but I don't know if that would play out IC.

I have no idea why my iPad put evader.  I think I meant Order.  Razzafrazza autofill.

The problem, as I see it (and, perhaps, I am missing the delcate nuances of Mandala's postulate), is that one can establish a consotium of priories or recognize an abbey's influence over a short handful of regions, but this in no way confers a control sensu stricto over those regions.  It simply identifies the religious mandate of the locality.

The establishing of marches to coordinate geographic packages under the guise of a religious rule sets an unprecedented opportunity to expand without the standard hierarchy of rule.

If, in fact, a march, that apparently beholds to a primacy, holds a composite of three regions under the rule of a church installed primarch, that march would be at perpetual risk of racturing from the mother church simply because of the resource base at hand.

To intone the notion of a diocese misses the poiint altogether.  A diocese is responsible for the religious health of the geographic package only for which, of course, it recieves, arguably, reasonable compensation.  It appears to me that Mandala is looking for an enhaned resource base that is structured around the AP, NFP, and GP of the march regions rather than a mere oversight of the souls of the resource makers...

Am I missing something....?
